Sam Rodgers, President of Agilis Africa, oversees the Group’s corporate and development strategy, along with its day-to-day operations and growth across the continent. With nearly two decades of experience in leading large-scale defense and development initiatives across four continents, Sam has held leadership roles in various organizations, including CEO of elysian Group, Development Director at BRIC Investment, and Advanced Development Director at Momentum and Ciano. He has also managed significant programs for the Government of Canada, such as the Fort McMurray fire recovery mission and the Syrian Refugee Resettlement Program. Additionally, Sam co-founded Docol Group, one of Africa’s largest and fastest-growing construction companies. Fluent in Spanish, Sam’s global perspective is shaped by his upbringing in southern Spain and his experiences living in the United States, Canada, Brazil, France, Spain, Morocco, Kenya, Malaysia, and Dubai.
